Issue with bootstrap4 slider, why is margin jumping relative to dots?

I completed the layout, and I had to reinstall Windows. After reinstalling, I rolled up gulp, plugins, and so on. I start the project - and I see that the dots are stuck to the bottom of the screen and the description sticks to the dots themselves. (Before reinstalling everything worked perfectly). After the slider moves to the 3rd background, the pillboxes come off and the description falls into place, what's the point?
