Issue with Android project in Xamarin Studio

Studio version 4.0.8 (build 2). The project is created normally, but when opening Main.axml, it shows the following,


although all the necessary SDKs are normal


and the tools and platform are also there


In Visual Studio, the project is also created normally, but when accessing the same document, it shows such an error


I looked on the net for a solution, I found what I should there is a checkmark in the Debug tab (marked in red),


but this tab is missing when creating a project for Android.
How to solve the problem?

Try to install all (or at least the latest, of those that you have not checked) packages from the SDK manager. I think this will solve the problem
