Issue/Bug Tracker - list of requirements?

Actually, I decided to test a couple of new frameworks for myself on fairly large projects (so that I could cover as much as possible). It’s been half a year since I’ve been wanting to write my own ISUS tracker (I haven’t met any worthy ones in PHP, but I don’t want to install something like jira / redmine).
Actually, the easiest way to make a list of requirements is based on what you don’t like about other solutions. Unfortunately, I only have experience with Jira, so other trackers are also curious.
If I finish it, I plan to release this project as Open Source. Naturally, the project is unlikely to ever grow to the level of jira ...

All good. Another one is not needed. If you don't like something, you can write a plugin for Jira/Redmine.

It costs redmine - everything suits. In general, a strange policy - I don’t want to install redmine (which is 5 minutes), but write my own - yes please. If you're going to swing - write your Megaplan better :)
