ISP blocked DNS traffic. How to get around?

The provider in the office has been suffering some kind of garbage for the last few days, recently blocked HTTP \ HTTPS, bypassed the tunnel (the rest of the Internet is still working), now it has blocked DNS. I don’t know what they are doing there, probably they can’t set up some kind of filter. Under the tunnel not very good. convenient to work.
There are windows on working machines, we can set up any Software on the server behind the provider.
How can you get out of the situation?
UPD: There is a problem with Google Public DNS when accessed from Russia. As an alternative, we switched to https://dns.yandex.ru/

Do you use 8.8.8.8 as your DNS? At the moment, I am experiencing this problem with many clients (but not all) from central Russia.

Same problem with DNS 8.8.8.8 AND 8.8.4.4
You have to jump to yandex dns or opendns

Well, there are a lot of DNS servers, choose the sane ones and use them - the world did not converge on 8.8.8.8 ....
If they are also blocked (ie TCP / UDP 53), then all requests go into the tunnel and work on.
