Is your hard drive interfering with your computer?
Recently, the computer has become inappropriately behaving. The SecureBoot function stopped working in it, the download became not 15, but 45 seconds, after the appearance of the desktop, you have to wait 1.5 minutes before starting work. And then I decided to turn off one of my hard drives.
Surprisingly, the computer began to work normally again. I reconnected the SATA cable to the hard drive and all failures returned.
Can a hard drive cause system crashes if the system itself is installed on an SSD? How to solve a similar problem?

It can interfere, Windows sometimes sins with blocking IO not even on the system disk. And bads and IO errors dramatically increase latency, which visually feels like brakes.
First, look at the SMART disk. If bads, then change the disk, if IO errors, then for a start you can change the cable.
PS EMNIP is far from the first question from you on this topic, everywhere in the answers it was said about checking SMART, but I did not see any reaction from you. Download the program from the link and attach the screenshot.
Without hard diagnostics, everything else is guesswork.
