Is Yii2 the right way to learn a framework?

Good day.
Interested in sites / video courses / books, and the opinion of developers who actively use this framework on the issue of the right material to study.
I am a beginner, it is desirable to start with something like laracast from laravel where basic things are explained in an understandable language and, most importantly, that it is done correctly.
