Is yaki pc best for gaming?

Hello.
I'm building a PC for my younger brother so he can play games.
I got two assemblies + - the same price.

First:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Motherboard: ASRock AB350
RAM: AMD DDR4-3000 MHz 16 gb
Power unit: DeepCool 500W (DE500 v2)
Video card: Asus GeForce Gtx 1650

Second:
Processor: Sntel Core i5-9400F
Motherboard: Asus prime B360m
RAM: AMD DDR4-3000 MHz 16 gb
Power unit: DeepCool 500W (DE500 v2)
Video card: Asus GeForce Gtx 1650 Which

is better?
And how long should it be for games?
Or something worth remembering?

3600 danced, but I advised the motherboard b450m pro4. But the card is weak for the game. it's better to take 3300x or 2600 and add it to a better card. 1650 is not great - completely dead ..
