Is Windows Subsystem for Linux already in regular Windows 10?

Hello! Tell me, I want to remove Ubuntu 16.04 and install Windows 10 with Windows Subsystem for Linux. Is this feature still in testing? Those. Can I find this feature in any version of Windows 10 x64? And in what assemblies is it, if not everywhere?

She is in beta. But this beta is installed on any fresh Windows 10.
