Is VirtualBox dangerous for SSDs?

Hello everyone, the question is, is it worth storing and using virtual machines on an SSD, or is it better to transfer them to regular HDDs? As for the high speed, this is understandably good, but I assume that the snapshots and rollbacks on them hang out gigabytes back and forth, probably harmful to the SSD? or a drop in the sea?

It has long been considered that even if you continuously write on a 512 gigabyte SSD with all its throughput of half a gigabyte per second, it will die in five years, and that is not a fact.

SSD Intel 320 series, I bought it as soon as it appeared in the Russian Federation. Usage scenario: Windows with paging enabled, 3 VMs, chrome with 100 tabs. The computer works 300+ days a year. Trust me, you'd rather buy a new SSD before your old one fails. Of course, there are problematic SSDs, before buying you need to read reviews, reviews and once again not be greedy.
