C++ / C#

Is Unreal Engine suitable for very simple, casual games?

I read somewhere that UE is generally not suitable for small casual games, for this it is better to use unity. I really like the C++ language, much more with Sharp, and I want to do more casual games on UE4 than on Unity, because I already know C++ quite well. It will be easier for me to start learning the UE4 documentation than learning the C# language and the Unity documentation. But the problem is that UE4 is not suitable for light games. What should I do? By force to part with c ++, and start learning with Sharp, or score, and learn UE4? Maybe there is nothing wrong with light games on UE4? And am I worrying for nothing? Well, will they just weigh 70 MB more, or is it still impossible to avoid translation to c #?

Depends on whether you plan to do it professionally or as a hobby. In terms of casual games, of course, Unity is in the lead and, consequently, there will be more vacancies. If this is your hobby / project, then it is quite possible to do it, it is quite legal). But harder

Of course it fits. A casual game can be easily written in unreal, and a hardcore game in unity.
But if your skills are still at the level of a beginner, then you should start not from them, but from the requirements of your game - after all, each instrument has its more convenient purpose.
