Is Udacity paid?

Hello.
I haven't visited udacity for a long time, before it was completely free (yes, it was 2 years ago, I know). Now I see that there are no free courses left at all?

As far as I know, the videos themselves and the exercises there are still free (it's called "Access Course Materials"), but all the other goodies like a certificate and a mentor cost money.
