Is Ubuntu 14.04+OpenLDAP+Samba+webmin optimal for a domain controller + file server?

You need to make a server with the following roles:
- domain controller (authorization server);
- file server.
I'm looking towards Ubuntu 14.04+OpenLDAP+Samba+webmin. Windows clients.
I can’t do it on Windows, I don’t have a license, and I don’t want to babysit him all the time. But, I want functionality like in windows ((
Have something to suggest? Maybe another set of Software?
Later, you will need to hang dhcp, dns, proxy on the server. But, this is later ...

At a minimum, there is already an LDAP server inside the samba. Why do you need two?

At one time, your tasks were performed by a server on FreeBSD with Samba4.1-4.3. However, the Samba developers strongly recommend separating the domain controller and the file cleaner, but this is not required. In my version, the controller is now running on a virtual machine under virtualbox, and on the server itself, only the file washer is left. If you use this option to configure - do not forget to put down the Unix - id for users and groups. DNS in samba4-AD DC is also built-in (however, I use bind - it's somehow more familiar with it ...), but you will need to set DNS when installing AD DC. dhcp can be attached, for example, isc-dhcpd, there are even instructions on the Internet on how to update dns from dhcpd with authorization in kerberos ... alas, I won’t tell you the nuances of installing on ubuntu ...

Webmin is not recommended. Glitchy nonsense.
