Is this trick possible with DHCP?
Hello.
The network has a DHCP server on Windows Server 2003 that distributes addresses to 50 PCs.
There is a machine with Debian and installed guest OS (also Debian) looking at the same network.
If I configure DHCP in the guest OS, give it a static address, then when the Win server is restarted, will it take over the distribution of addresses?
