How to increase the productivity of 1C accounting?

Good afternoon! Users of 1C-Accounting constantly complain about "brakes" and "freezes" of the system running in terminal mode. 1C itself is installed on an SSD, it only loads 16GB of RAM by 70%, it does not go into a swap, the bases lie separately on a fast hard drive, which does not experience problems with IO load. The databases themselves are large (1-2 GB), but it is impossible to collapse them due to the peculiarities of the accounting department. Do not tell me, please, what could be the problem?

In more detail please - the system, the user profile is it all on the SSD? Which SSD - model, capacity, availability of RAID. It would be nice to look at the queue of the disk during the brakes - the attention of the disk is interested in the one on which the system and user profiles. The disk where the bases lie is not very interesting.
loads 16GB of RAM only at 70%
How many users do you have? We are talking about active users who simultaneously actively work in the same database.
The databases themselves are large (1-2 GB)
Large ones are at least more than 10GB, and these are crumbs.
Do not tell me, please, what could be the problem?
There is a suspicion that the problem is in the number of users - stupid blocking. To say for sure - there is not enough information.

In typical ones, there are a bunch of scheduled tasks that hang the system (see administration - maintenance - scheduled operations). If you reduce their frequency, it will become easier.
Set the BIOS and OS to a "high performance" power plan.
But if there are more than one or two people in one database, then only the transition to the client-server will help globally.

Maybe it's worth trying to transfer the 1s cache, or the entire user profile to ram? or ssd
