Is this configuration sufficient for comfortable work in the frontend?

There is a laptop in several configurations, the same 15.6 IPS display, the same 12Gb Ddr4 2400 memory, ssd 256gb, the difference is only in the central processor and graphics core. Windows 10 operating system.
1) Intel Core i3-8130U (2.2 - 3.4 GHz) (2 cores + 4 threads) + UHD 620
2) Intel Core i5-8250U (1.6 - 3.4 GHz) (4 cores - 8 threads) + NVIDIA GeForce MX110, 2 GB
It is clear, of course, that in terms of numbers the performance will be almost twice as high, but still, will I feel any difference in Photoshop + code editor, in the future, perhaps an IDE (webstorm), or will it be enough and younger version?

Both Photoshop and Jetbrains IDE are resource-intensive things, and they can use several cores. So yes, the difference will be noticeable.

No. You need at least two monitors, not a 15-inch laptop. I don’t care about the vuduhu (the built-in one is enough even to play with toys, not at maximum speed, of course), it’s better to have more memory and more powerful percent. Windu throw in the trash. Jatbrains IDs are sensitive to disk speed and love to eat RAM.
