Screen for layout - full xd minimum. Better external monitor.
For at least some work - 8GB of RAM, ssd, i3. It makes almost no sense to watch less.

Well .... such a beech is definitely not enough. Yes, it will open notpad, sublime, but it will not cope with flash, and 2-3 tabs in the browser. Look for something else...
