How do I properly set voltage and timings for RAM?

I bought myself an additional 8 GB of RAM today.
My old one is Kingston KHX1866C11D3P1K2/8G , www.inet.se/files/pdf/5316114_0.pdf
The new one is Kingston HX324C11T3K2/8x , www.kingston.com/datasheets/KHX24C11T3K2_8X.pdf
Now everything works at 1600 frequency, 1.5v voltage , timings are auto, I was afraid to touch them.
When you try to set 1866 or 2133 blue screen, which is understandable in principle, since the new RAM requires 1.6v.
If I put 1.6v - will everything be ok with the old RAM?

Unlikely. This is a lottery. At a minimum, overheating, as a maximum, degradation or even burn something.
Who advised you to buy such different modules? Sell the old ones or take the new ones back to the store and get something that looks the most like the old ones. Even if you run the old ones at 1.6V, it's not a fact that they will overclock more than the factory 1866Mhz.
Please note that 1.6V (1.65) is needed for 2133 and 2400Mhz.
THEN there is still a big chance to run on the new 1.5V 1866Mhz. It's just a matter of timings.
And most importantly, remember that a successful download is not an indicator. You need to check MemTest in several cycles . It took me several days (weeks) to find the optimal timings.

The available voltages were Googled by the type of RAM, if you set it to 1.9 (for ddr3), then it would be better to additionally blow it with a fan, if it just remains alive.
Further, it is possible that the memory controller, which is most likely built into your processor, does not support higher ddr 1600, this is possible, so check it out.
Well, ddr3 will not suffer from 1.6 volts.
