Is this a recording or a live broadcast?
Hello, I have a question. On the stream of one esports studio, there was a broadcast lag and it became clear to the viewers that OBS was being captured not from the game, but from the player. But the file in the players is somehow strange, called playlist.m3u8?....monitor=0 (I didn’t write it completely, because I’m too lazy to rewrite it. You can see the name on the video)
Usually everyone streams games from the game itself, i.e. . cs go, but then they saw the player and the question arose, it’s so interesting and it’s not clear why the way to broadcast the game and what is it for, or was it broadcasting a recording? Is it possible to also broadcast the recording through this playlust? As we can see, cs go is not even enabled on the computer.
I'm just a stupid person and I have nowhere else to ask.

If this is an "esports studio", then most likely the pictures from all the players' monitors are broadcast to one PC, let's call it the operator's PC, from where the operator broadcasts the desired monitor to the audience. This is necessary, for example, if we have a team playing, and on the stream we want to be able to show a picture from any of the players.
