Is there telephony integration with Bitrix24 in Kazakhstan?
Hello!
The task was set to implement a CRM system, with reference to telephony (receiving calls within the system, outgoing calls, etc.). The problem is that in Kazakhstan it is not particularly easy to roam with SIP telephony providers.
At the moment, we have a mini-PBX Panasonic KX-TES824, one analog line comes to it, and one SIP line through the D-Link DVG-5402SP VOIP gateway. Both lines of Kazakhtelecom operator.
The TOR by telephony is as follows:
1) 14 employees with internal numbers (100-113).
2) 5 communication channels (5 simultaneous conversations with external lines)
3) Integration with Bitrix24 (cloud version).
What I already thought about and what I tried:
1) You can put IP ATC, but it's expensive.
2) You can install Asterisk, but it seems that maintenance will be expensive.
3) I tried to put the SIP number of Kazakhtelecom in Bitrix24 - it works. But there is only one line and they don't seem to expand it...
Are there any cost-effective ways to integrate telephony and CRM?

There is a sip connector from Bitrix24.
There are solutions for integrating Asterisk with Bitrix24, for example, our Itgrix.ru
