Is there such a password manager?

I asked myself the question of storing all my data and not only my own.
Access to sites, passwords, ftp accounts, etc...
Tools like notepad, excel and SAAS are the brothers of the above, of course, it's very cool, but I would like to somehow wrap it in a more advanced and interesting sauce (read interface).
Of course, getting a SAAS solution is a big bonus - with the ability to group data, invite a team and give them keys / access to sections.
Someone met similar? Or maybe share the tools where you store such information?

@Marques

KeePass + (Firefox + PassIFox plugin - optional) is the most reliable option. The password database can be stored locally, in the cloud, on a flash drive, etc.
You can group data by separate databases and generate access keys for them, which are issued together with the database or with the access address to the database in the cloud.

The above storage methods are more suitable for personal use.
My question is more about the corporate segment.
For example, I am a system administrator who stores all company access. In the case of a request from one of the users, I do not copy-paste, but give him access to a specific folder / file
. I heard about similar TeamPass. Is there anyone who has used this service?
