Can I find a vacancy in the development and writing of CMS-apps on a platform such as java (spring) ?
and will it be nice?

If you are talking about boxed solutions, I doubt it, although I think such vacancies sometimes appear. In general, java usually looks strange for something like this.
It's better to just become a java(spring) developer and write normal web applications/services/sites.
