We are starting to develop a new design for a mobile web application. We are looking for a thin font similar to Segoe UI Light, Helvetica Neue or Roboto, but to be native on Android, iOS and Windows Phone. Do not tell me, is there such a font and is there such a thing at all?

If you have a web application, then load the font through the google font api and you will be happy on all platforms.
