How to fix Android tablet issue warning?

Hello! I get this notification on Google Play: APK file must contain retractable elements for all common tablet screen resolution formats. What should be done to avoid this warning? The app looks great on tablets. Android API 19+. I don’t know if it’s related or not, but if you specify API 16+ in the application, then this warning is not there. But I need exactly API 19+. The app is written in Flutter. Thanks in advance.
