Is there something on css auto-prefixes in vs code?

I used a koala, auto-prefixes were put in css through scss. I can’t use koala on my computer, an error pops up, apparently due to the Cyrillic alphabet in the username. I don't want to mess with change. I found an auto-prefix in vs code plugins, but it does not prefix flexes. Is there any plugin for vs code to prefix css or sass converter like koala? I don't want to bother with gulp and webpack.
