How to prevent different programs from changing the keyboard layout language in Windows 10, for example, the Russian layout I write a question in Yandex, for a second, I left Yandex and entered the editor to copy, in which I wrote in ENG, bam, the layout system has changed, I went to finish the question to Yandex, thinking that it is still Russian, and bam scribbles, and this is all the time.
How to forbid them all to change the input language, only I have to change and that's it, it's really very annoying.
