Is there software that will make mouse movement in any game more "cinematic" or smoother?

Hello fellow experts. It has recently come to the fore that cinematic or fluid mouse movements can make a big difference in the quality of the gaming experience. Some developers understand this and add a similar option to smooth mouse movement in some games, for example, in Dead space 1-2 it is enabled by default, and in Dishonored 2 and Hat in time it is available as an option. Many people remember the most popular option from minecraft, when one of the "F" buttons could enable strong mouse movement control. A sample demo is shown in this video. There is one truth, but in minecraft they have gone too far with smoothness, and it is almost impossible to play with it, but in other games everything is more or less playable.

What I'm interested in is to find software that will allow you to get this coveted melting in almost any game. I will be glad to any answer. I hope for your help experts.

In short, I looked through the Internet and found similar software for artists and people with tremors. For example SteadyMouse or Lazy Nezumi , but, unfortunately, these options are paid and may not work beyond the desktop or raster editor. There is one interesting script that is free and works as it should, but, as the author writes, there is a chance that all usb devices will fly off after installing it - here is the link for anyone who needs it.

Well, put the emulation of the gamepad stick from mouse movements, you will have a similar smoothness
