Some developers understand this and add a similar option to smooth mouse movement in some games, for example, in Dead space 1-2 it is enabled by default, and in Dishonored 2 and Hat in time it is available as an option. There is one truth, but in minecraft they have gone too far with smoothness, and it is almost impossible to play with it, but in other games everything is more or less playable.

For example SteadyMouse or Lazy Nezumi , but, unfortunately, these options are paid and may not work beyond the desktop or raster editor.
