Is there software on the world market that uses paid voice engines and develops faster than balabolka?

I recently discovered a free text-to-speech software called Balabolka, using it in various areas of professional activity, I AHNOUL - this is nothing more than artificial intelligence for advanced housewives, which I can now use to facilitate my work and self-learning for two x speeds.
But the more I began to delve into the software, the more I began to realize that in terms of the functionality I need, it develops quite slowly because it is free.
Is there a better, paid analogue available on the world speech synthesis market, available to ordinary users, but developing much more rapidly than the Balabolka described by me?
The power that this software gives in conjunction with paid voice engines is HUGE! This is the collection, automation and processing of data on an industrial scale, this is another plane of interaction with textual information - this is the Red Queen!

Balabolka is not a speech synthesis program at all.
This is a wrapper for working with the standard Microsoft Speech API (SAPI).
But the shell is convenient, which gives a lot of functionality with a user-friendly interface.
Votes may be free, may be licensed. I don't remember what comes with the delivery.
All of them are approximately good in their own way, you will have to compare yourself
