Is there software for finding the optimal route?

Are there any ready-made libraries, modules or other software for finding the best routes on the map? There is a set of addresses, about 6000 (it can be reduced if broken down within one city, it will be up to 500) pieces, you need to break them into groups of 10 pieces and find the most optimal routes. Maybe there is some thread add-on to Postgis? So far I don't even know how to approach the problem.
The addresses themselves are not a problem to convert to coordinates.
