Is there life in open source on .net? Are there any large work projects in which you can participate as a volunteer coder?

Interested in large active working projects on the .net platform. .Not necessarily open-source, the main thing is that they accept volunteer coders. The tasks that I set for myself are to have some profit in the future from the very fact of participating in the project, to raise my own knowledge, to have production experience (it’s not always possible to do small projects at the utility level).
