Launching a web application after idle time?
Hello, there is a small net framework application running on iis (win 10). So, after idle time, it starts for 5-10 seconds, which is unacceptable in my case. How to avoid it?

Write some kind of sluggish bot that will poke the site every 10 minutes. Kurl or some other garbage. Perhaps you can make a system service for this.
