Is there life after fastcgi_finish_request()?

In general, I have a rather slow piece in the admin panel on php-fpm71+nginx. And, as I understand it, after 60 seconds of execution, it fell out by timeout.
Can this timeout be bypassed somehow (and not extended to 75 seconds)? I understand that "it's impossible, and ah-ta-ta", but still, the question is open.
