Similar questions were raised, but with the implementation of RTSP in HLS, MP4 via nginx-module-rtmp and ffmpeg. Interested in whether there is a free product with which you can display the rtsp H.264 stream from the camera to the site via WebRTC? I have already found several paid ones, but for a home pet project for one camera, the prices are not very good. Interested, what would the delay be at least up to 3 seconds. Now with nginx-rtmp it is from 30 seconds :( Support for a bunch of devices and browsers is not required.

NImble Streamer if you don't break by hand write configs without documentation. In any case, they have a trial interface for 2 weeks. Instead of WebRTC, they have their own player that displays real-time video via MSE
