Is there enough power?

I choose a macbook for web development (backend). Of the programs used: chrome, docker, sublime text, vs code, php storm, Photoshop at a minimum, only for a quick look.
I'm looking at mb pro 13 256 2017 without a touchbar. At a price of more than 100k is not ready to give. Is it a good choice? 128sd is not enough? air for development is weak? Or is 15-16 years old okay?

I use macbooks and I think that up to 512 ssd is shaking for space and constantly cleaning everything, and less than 8Gb ram is nothing at all. The year of issue is from 15, no matter what

2 cores, 128 GB ssd, 8 GB RAM - it’s quite possible to work if you still have a normal desktop server at home, where you have CI / CD, where you will store the main data, basic testing, virtual machines will spin and everything else.
In the case of a single computer, this is even ridiculous to discuss (128 gigabytes, half of the system and work applications will go away, you will have free space like on a phone)
