Is there anything you can do to stop a YouTube video from "leaving"? when ads appear?

As soon as a block with ads appears on the video below, it shifts to the side. Knowledgeable people, is it fixed? There are many descriptions , but I did not find a solution .

Enabling html5 in account settings helps. But there are other problems.
It helped me in the opera settings to disable all plugins, and then reinstall the flash. This is of course some kind of magic, but simply reinstalling the flash did not help.

I open such problems in Safari, it works fine there (or I was lucky with ads).

At one time, by brute force, I found a version of the flash without blue faces and without a moving picture. True, now in fullscreen, the video is trying to get between two monitors.
The current version in chrome (may have already been updated after I solved this problem):

Shockwave Flash 11.3 r31
Имя:	Shockwave Flash
Описание:	Shockwave Flash 11.3 r31
Версия:	11.3.31.115
Расположение:	/opt/google/chrome/PepperFlash/libpepflashplayer.so
Тип:	PPAPI (вне процесса)
