YouTube stops uploading videos?

When I just tear off the video, YouTube loads a part, when this part is played, the video freezes (the gray bar stops increasing), and as soon as I pause the gray bar loads again, and everything over again (reaches the end of the gray bar and freezes). What to do?

There are no errors at the moment of freezing, but in general there are such errors:
