Is there any workaround for the network problem in a FreeBSD 9.x guest?

Installing and running Freebsd 9.2 guest proceeds normally. The FreeBSD virtual network adapter does not see. The old-style network adapter from 2012 R2 was removed, as I understand it. Generation VM Generation 1 is used. There are no plans to change the hypervisor.

Is there any workaround for the network problem in a FreeBSD 9.x guest?
Because of what these problems in general are still not eliminated by developers? Cant with a license?
Is there hope for 10.x versions?

Oddly, the Legacy adapter was removed from Gen. 2, in Gen. 1 it must be available. We are sure that you have a VM with FreeBSD Gen. 1 and added Legacy adapter? If to palm off this VM any live-cd with * nix there the adapter is defined?
