How to put files on tape?

Hello.
The other day they brought me
HP 1/8 G2 Tape Autoloader
Drive - LTO-3 over SCSI
Never worked with this.
The task is that I throw the files to the disk (FreeNAS), and the tape drive copies the data to the tape.
How to do it?
Everything is connected to FreeNAS
In FreeNAS it is possible through Bacula, but I do not know how. All manuals are very short and in English
In FreeBSD pulled from dmesg

sa0: <HP Ultrium 3-SCSI D24W> Removable Sequential Access SCSI-3 device
sa0: Serial Number HU10804WN7
sa0: 320.000MB/s transfers (160.000MHz DT, offset 64, 16bit)
sa0: Command Queueing enabled
ch0 at mpt0 bus 0 scbus0 target 0 lun 1
ch0: <HP 1x8 G2 AUTOLDR 3.50> Removable Changer SPC-3 SCSI device
ch0: Serial Number MXA80910AL
ch0: 320.000MB/s transfers (160.000MHz DT, offset 64, 16bit)
ch0: Command Queueing enabled
ch0: 7 slots, 1 drive, 1 picker, 1 portal

Thanks

@savaekb

If stupid, then you can use tar to write to the tape. If it's more intelligent - you need software for backup (bakula, bareos) bacula in frinas (what is in plugins) - only storage daemon. Those. final storage device. He also needs a director daemon to manage the scheduler and tasks, what and where to copy.

If interested, I can tell you in PM. Not so long ago I set up bareos and ibm autoloader
