There is such a plan: the provider gives a white ip address, so I don’t really want to understand hosting for my technologies, what is needed to secure my computer with windows, well, there is a firewall, but such that it doesn’t interfere with people using the site and the database, but could be informative on query analysis and not require too many resources or is there anything else that can be done?

Hide behind the router. Windows has a firewall enabled by default.
The rest does not depend on the presence of a white IP.
