Is there any way to pre-populate the data into the SQLite database?

In the process of using the application, the user can create new tables in the database and change some values there. Such a question: as an example, I want to make one table in advance with some data so that the user understands what it is. Is there any way to check this? So that the database already initially had a table and data in it.

Of course you can.
You can create some sql file and write your queries there. And when you start the application, import them.
