Is there any way to filter queries from SphinxQL through standard SQL commands?

Good afternoon, please tell me if anyone has experience.
Thanks to SphinxQL, you can access the Sphinx index using normal SQL commands and thereby
get the results of the search engine as an output.
However, assuming I'm using certain software where I can't control
how the database query will be done, ie. it is rigidly laid down that if you look for a word,
then it is LIKE, if you sort it, then ORDER BY.
In SphinxQL, all search parameters are passed in the query variable, maybe there is some kind of opportunity that allowed you to issue standard commands, then something happened and was translated into a language understandable by SphinxQL
