Is there any special software for creating test plans?

Can you please tell me if there is a special software for creating test plans?
With the course of circumstances, the fate of creating and corresponding part of the test plans fell on me. And due to the peculiarity of the software that the company releases, it became difficult to write plans, because due to lack of time, the plans were not updated for quite a long time, so I would like to find a way out of this situation in order to rewrite them once and then quickly and easy to add.
at the moment we use Word in our work, we just write the most frequent incidents and generalized points, this decision was made a long time ago and Word triples and is quite suitable, but there are some points that over time began to slow down the writing and updating of plans. I would like to find software that would help write test plans.
I have searched the internet and found nothing suitable. So I thought I'd ask if anyone else has had a similar issue and found a solution.
one of the suitable solutions was the sitechco.ru service, but it did not fit due to point 1. (given below).
what I would like to see in this software:
1. local installation (again, due to the specifics of the work, I would not want to distribute corporate data outside)
2. It is desirable to have access to the plan of several users
3. Document version control
4. Converting to popular text formats ( doc, docx, etc. e)
5. Document structure management
6. If possible, create check boxes in the document.
7. Quick addition of new items to the plan (by type, I created an item and inserted it where necessary)
8. Free.
