Is there any reason to translate IT-oriented books from En ->Ru (web dev mainly)?

Is there any reason to translate from En ->Ru IT-oriented books (web dev mainly) of such publishers as Apress and the like, and will there be a demand for the sale of such translated books? For example, there is a desire to translate a book-guide for express.js (ver 4.) Will the translated book be in demand and generally useful to anyone?
I know that many people read those. literature into English, but there are also those who translate IT literature with an online translator or, at worst, with a dictionary. And in general, I would like to know who started with what, so to speak, your primary source of knowledge of IT technologies: book, office. product / technology sites, manuals, etc.?

I think (and yes, this is the same humble opininion) - translating books for programmers into Russian is a harmful idea. It so happened that English is the industry standard (good or bad, I don't want to discuss, I think it's good). So translations will, firstly, always lag somewhat behind in relevance, and secondly, they will destroy the natural barrier of selection in the profession.
The idea is good for "import substitution" and other virtual pleasures. In a practical sense, it might make sense to translate either classics like Knut (but it was all translated a long time ago), or murzilka like "learn in half an hour while drinking juice in your neighborhood", which do not affect the industry in any way, but take up the neophyte's time, which he would otherwise have spent on drugs and pillboxes.

the main thing is that the translation should be of high quality and carried out by a person who works and understands this topic and area!
