Is there any easy way to install programs in one click?

Hello!
About a hundred new laptops have arrived.
First you need to uninstall office 365 and mcafee
And then install several programs (I copied the installation files to a USB flash drive)
I use Ninite to minimize the task to the maximum (but not everything is there)
It would be cool to run the Ninite installer and those few more programs in one click and it's all in quiet installed

To install OS windows and software, you can use free MDT or paid SCSM (now it is called dhjlt differently) Even in MDT, you can automate up to (even without a click), updating the OS while saving user data and program settings, formatting the disk, installing a new OS, recovery of user data and program settings. I did not do this, but an example of how to do this can be found on the Internet, the most difficult thing in this is to add XML for USMT for unknown programs.
