Is there any difference how many pins per RAM (SODIMM 204 pins)?
You need to add RAM to the laptop. On the site where I choose there is a filter: SODIMM 260-pin, SODIMM 204-pin, SODIMM 200-pin. I need DDR3L 8Gb, is there a difference in the number of pins? Or does DDR3L all have the same number of pins and it's impossible to buy the "wrong" one?

DDR3 in SO-DIMM form factor has 204 pins , 260 is DDR4. You should also pay attention to the frequency supported by the laptop, so as not to be mistaken with the purchase.
Choose exactly DDR3L, and not the usual DDR3 (also laptop), with the prefix L low-voltage.
You need to look at the frequencies supported by the processor, although in many places it will set itself to the correct one, even if you set two bars, then choose the second one with the same timing (CL).
