Is there any broker (not forex) with an adequate web interface?

I am looking for a normal broker to work on international markets (NASDAQ, NYSE, etc.) with a modern web interface.
Are there any in general? Preferably with a mobile app.
For example, the largest BCS in Russia sets the requirement "only MSIE 5 and higher". That is, only Windows.
Finam seems to have a nice new web interface, but very strange (for example, I could not find where the balance of money on the account can be seen there - in my generally inexperienced opinion, this is one of the basic needs).
Is there anyone else?

Unfortunately, there are NO brokers in nature (in the Russian Federation) with a full-fledged web interface.
As a result, he stopped still at Finam.
It turned out that there is still no web interface for the services of interest to me (foreign exchanges, stocks + ETF - Finam's "ROX account" service).
Unlike BCS, everything is opened 100% online (at the same time, there is an agreement) and quickly (opening an account in general within 1 day). Then 1-5 days to transfer funds from your bank. + 1 day to "credit" funds (if they come after the start of the trading session, then you can use them only the next day).
The trouble with the software - as I understand it, is generally global - everyone has everything sharpened ONLY under Windows.
UPDATE: Switched to Interactive Brokers - they have a $10 per month minimum fee, but on infrequent transactions, transaction fees are deducted from this overall minimum. But the sea of pluses is a normal personal account, applications for mobile devices, a full-fledged brokerage account, no intermediaries.

Finam. You need to read a little info, do not be lazy. In general, they have good tutorials right in their centers. Inexpensive, and issue certificates.

Not sure if it's still relevant. But the Nettrader broker allows you to work completely on the web.
Through your Tradernet web terminal. In any adequate browser (Chrome, Safari, FF) it works, adapts to the screen. Works on a tablet too. On the contrary, there is a special version for IE.
There are mobile applications, but older versions. Only if you control the portfolio.
It is worth noting right away that if you work on the Tradernet on foreign sites, then transactions go in the form of forward contracts. Russians without the status of a qualified investor cannot trade through a Russian broker (if only 52 shares on the St. Petersburg Stock Exchange, which only started working at the end of 2014).
But if you open through a European office, for example, then the exit will be through the same web interface and to foreign sites.
Regarding the interface - in general, everything is quite intuitive, at least when compared with the same Quick. But if you have absolutely no experience in stock trading, then you can also watch a video course.
Here you can see promo.tradernet.ru
