Is there any AdBlock/AdGuard with sync?

Now Chrome has AdBlockPlus installed. In principle, the plugin suits everyone ...
except that there is no synchronization of the white list of sites (where advertising is allowed).
We have to deal with new / clean OS relatively often and when installing Chrome, I would like the white list to be loaded too.
Is there any ad blocker that has whte list sync?
