Is there an up-to-date soxifier for windows 7/8 x64?

Tell me, google gives some old links 2-7 years ago, is there a soxifier for sabzh wasps, that is, ideally, you need an analogue of tsocks. I want to make the JavaRush plugin in IntelliJ work on Windows. In ubuntu, I succeeded.
In general, now it goes through a complex chain: On a machine with win 7 x64, putty is running, which lets traffic through itself, the virtual machine on ubuntu clings to the same socks, in which this fucking plugin works intellij through tsocks. I'm pretty fed up with this, but I have no particular desire to raise vpn.
