Is there an intelligent program for batch compression of images for Google Page Speed?

Please tell me, is there a program that can compress pictures in such a way that Google Page Speed does not swear that they are NOT optimized enough? and at the same time deterioration in quality, so that it is minimally noticeable. It is necessary to optimize all the pictures on the site, i.e. unload all folders with subfolders and optimize everything in batch.
I tried File Optimizer and the like - they don't compress well enough.

So this is done using modules for assemblers. For example gulp-tinypng for galp. But another great option, as for me, if the layout is small and one-time, so to speak, then you can simply download the compressed resources from google speed itself. he provides a compressed site in the archiver, the link to which is located at the bottom of the page after testing the site.
