Is there an inexpensive Ip kvm for pc?
For servers, there are ilo/imm/idrac and stuff for remote control. But what if you need to manage a simple computer server with a regular motherboard? This is needed not for remote OS administration, but to remotely restore bios settings, set up raid and AP, in general, everything that comes before the OS boots. Is there on the market, maybe on Ali or ebay, something not very expensive, up to 3-4 thousand rubles? From what I saw aten, raritan, but they already go beyond this price segment.
Is there really nothing on the market for this price or am I missing something?
Tell me please.

Most likely there is a "hole" between the cheap consumer segment and the expensive enterprise ...
Perhaps as a variant of a niche solution - Intel vPro AMT on a "server type"
p / s / By the way, for HP Microserver, the iLo board went over 10,000 back in the days of the 30-ruble exchange rate dollar...
No
Forget it. Even with a super-duper motherboard, you can't make it a real server - because KVM is the mother's chipset support. Nothing will work without support. Therefore, there are no such cards on the market - because it does not make sense.
Yes, and the cost of such a device would not cost 3-4 thousand - in fact, it is a small built-in computer, with its own axis, its own settings.
raspberry wired for pikvm + switch board + soldering iron + VGA KVM Switch
16Port
(alternative is Dell SIP KVM HD15 System Interface USB (UF366) or similar solo connectors)
