How to connect to the workstation via the Internet + local network?

There are several workstations (essentially an ordinary PC) working in one local area and tied to a switching cabinet, to which another PC is connected to monitor the network and AP. There is an option to remotely connect to this PC, then from this PC to connect already within this local area to other workstations, again via teamviv (you cannot connect via a standard remote desktop, because there is no password on the workstation). Is there a more elegant option for direct connection to the workstation?

It is probably better to replace TimViv with something more convenient and less expensive for LAN. I liked to use LiteManager free litemanager.ru
Previously and probably still free to manage 30 hosts.
